Great book, Representation Matters!
"This book is necessary because representation matters. It was great receiving the book and my son saying "the boy on the cover looks like me!" That doesn't happen often. Definitely recommend this book to others!

A wonderful book that reminds children of color of their value! The affirmations are beautiful and include rich vocabulary. If you are looking for way to build your child's confidence, this is the book!

This is an amazing book. In a community where too often a certain demographic is often beaten down both physically and mentally, more books like this are needed to uplift from a young age. I bought it for my two nephews and can't wait to give it to them. I highly recommend.

My daughters love this book and so do I. It’s important for children to see themselves in their entertainment. This book is fun to read and educational. The illustrations are great and the words are simple. If you’re look for a gift to your child or other little girls, this is the perfect buy. The book is big, easy to share for story time with multiple kids. The pages are thin so better for older children or for an adult to hold and read.
